By accessing, browsing, or using the OmniGo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

When Using Ride Services

Any discriminatory, abusive, or threatening behavior toward drivers or other users will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.

Fare Structure
Our pricing is calculated based on factors including distance, time, demand, and service type. All fares are displayed before you confirm your booking.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment is automatically processed upon trip completion. All prices are in local currency unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy
- schedule Free Cancellation: Cancel within 2 minutes of booking without charge
- payments Cancellation Fee: Fees may apply after driver arrival or extended wait time
- warning No-Show Policy: Full fare may be charged for repeated no-shows
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for legitimate issues such as service quality problems, route deviations, or billing errors. Contact customer support within 7 days of your trip to request a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideHailing Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Important: RideHailing acts as a platform connecting riders with independent drivers and service providers. We are not a transportation carrier and do not employ drivers directly.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting customer support.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

- close Fraudulent or illegal activity
- close Abusive behavior toward drivers or other users
- close Prolonged inactivity
public Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by local law.
